The future of the company will be mutually beneficial
To achieve win-win purpose, look forward to working with you
(1) Small section single strand copper wire connection method
First, the core wires of the two wires are crossed in an "X" shape, and then wrap them around each other for 2 to 3 turns, and then straighten the two wires, and then wrap each wire closely on the other core wire for 5 to 6 turns, and cut off the excess wires.
(2) Large section single strand copper wire connection
(a) First fill a core wire of the same diameter at the overlap of the core wires of the two conductors, and then wrap a bare copper wire with a section of about 1.5mm tightly around it.
(b) Then fold back the core wires connected to the wires separately.
(c) Continue winding the wrapped bare copper wire at both ends for 5 to 6 turns and then cut off the excess ends.
(3) Branch connection of single strand copper wire
(a) Wrap the branch core wire tightly around the trunk core wire for 5 to 8 turns and then cut off the excess wire.
(b) For the small section of the core wire, you can first tie a wrapping knot on the branch core wire, then wrap it tightly for 5 to 8 turns, and then cut off the excess wire.
(4) unequal diameter single strand copper wire connection
(a) First tightly wrap the core of the thin wire around the core of the thick wire for 5 to 6 turns.
(b) Fold back the head of the thick conductor core and press it tightly onto the winding layer.
(c) Continue to wrap the thin wire core on it for 3 to 4 turns and then cut off the excess wire.
(5) Direct connection of multiple copper wires
(a) First, straighten the multiple strands of core wire with the insulation layer removed, twist and tighten about 1/3 of the core wires near the insulation layer, and then spread the remaining 2/3 core wires into an umbrella shape, and do the same for the other wire core wires to be connected.
(b) Insert the two umbrella cores facing each other and pinch the cores flat
(c) Then divide the core wires on each side into 3 groups. First lift the first group of wires on one side and wrap them tightly around the core wires
(d) Tilt up the second set of wires and wrap them tightly around the core wires.
(e) Tilt up the third set of wires and wrap them tightly around the core wires. Wrap the other end of the wire in the same way.
(6) Multi-strand copper wire branch connection
(a) Bend the branch core wire 90 degrees and run parallel with the trunk core wire.
(b) Fold back the wire end and wrap it tightly around the core wire.
